When the ACE (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) Mentor Program began, no one truly understood the positive impact it would have on high school students and the integrated construction industry. As the fastest growing industry-mentoring program in the United States, our mission is simple: We engage, excite, and enlighten high school students to pursue careers in the integrated construction industry and then we support their continued advancement in the industry through scholarships and grants.
