Congratulations, Laura!
Laura Bagella is finishing her junior year at String Theory High School. Laura is a well-rounded individual, who plays the alto saxophone in the school concert band. She is an art-lover with a specific interest in architecture and interior design. She works part time as a lifeguard and as an adult and children swimming instructor at the local YMCA. She is the head manager of the student-run school café, a member of the National Honor Society and has collected more than 200 hours of community service. Since she is a dual citizen of the United States and Italy, she is bilingual and can fluently speak Italian and English.
ACE has had a very important influence on my career decision. This program was recommended to me by my high school counselor, who knew I was interested in architecture and interior design, and thought that this program would be a good tool for me. Attending ACE during my Freshman year at WRT Design and as a Junior at KSS Architects confirmed my interest in architecture. Thanks to this program, I was able to experience the field hands-on and finally decide what my future career would be.
