Alienum phaedrum torquatos nec eu, vis detraxit periculis ex, nihil expetendis in mei. Mei an pericula euripidis, hinc partem.

As an introduction to both real estate & interior design, students embarked on a challenge to convert an abandoned storefront in Center City into a pop-up retail shop.  Students began by analyzing the site’s development potential in terms of adjacent context and street appeal, and then proposed ideas for various retail stores including smoothie shops, video games stores, and clothing boutiques.  By answering questions such as “What am I selling?”, “Who is my target market?”, and “What is the feel of the store?”, students created hand-made collages using magazine clipping and various interior finish samples as advertisement for their new store.
