Rafael de Luna, who has been an ACE Mentor for two years, holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Houston; two M.S. degrees from Philadelphia University in Construction Management and Sustainable Design; is a LEED AP O+M; a Certified Facilities Manager (IFMA), and a Certified Educational Facilities Professional (APPA).
Rafael decided to become an ACE Mentor out of curiosity and has discovered that working on hands-on activities with the ACE students is fun! To his surprise, he has also learned that he still has things in common with today’s high school students.
Rafael credits his parents, wife, kids and himself with his success. If he could do anything, he would be restaurateur mogul – the next Stephen Starr!
